A grade of Incomplete may be given when a student has completed and passed a majority of the work required for a course but, for reasons beyond the student’s control, cannot complete the entire course. Incomplete grades are dependent upon instructor approval, and instructors are under no obligation to grant them. In cases where an instructor agrees to assign an I grade, it is important to arrive at an agreement about exactly what is required in order to finish the course and what percentage of the grade will be based on the remaining work.
Access to Course Materials after the Semester End Date
You will continue to access the recorded lessons after the end of the semester for an additional academic semester. You will no longer have access to live class recordings, discussion forum archives, journals, self-study drills, assignments, exams, or the teachers/teaching assistants.
Continued access does not allow students additional time to complete course credit requirements unless they re-register and retake the course.
From session to session, recordings may change and you may choose to enroll in a new recording of a course. Or you may choose to repeat the course for review. You may repeat the course for 30% off the course’s regular tuition fee.
Course codes and course names can sometimes change. Contact the Qibla Helpdesk if you are unsure whether you have taken a certain course before or to determine if you are eligible to take a specific course.
Requests for Transcript or Official Receipts
Qibla does not offer an automatic transfer of university credit. However, in order to assist students who wish to test out of certain requirements or prerequisites at an educational institution, we can issue a formal letter detailing objectives met by completing the relevant Qibla course. A $10 fee applies. Please submit a ticket at the Qibla Helpdesk to request this.
Please note: In order to earn credit for a course, all requirements must be completed by the deadlines given.
