Dler Ali al-Barzingi is a teacher of the Quran whose noble lineage extends back to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and give him peace. He began his Quran studies in Baghdad, where he received an ijaza. He then completed his studies in its ten canonical readings in Amman with ijaza, where he was licensed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs to teach Quranic recitation to an advanced level.

Shaykh Dler hosts the Qur’an/Tajweed program, Read the Book of Allah, on the Baghdad TV Channel. It can be viewed live on the website, Baghdad Channel. The program is broadcast every Monday and Thursday at 5pm Baghdad/Amman time. This program is to help viewers recite the Qur’an correctly. Anyone around the world can call in and have their recitation corrected, including English speakers.

He has experience teaching tajwid and Quranic memorization in both Baghdad and Amman to people of all ages, from children to adults and all backgrounds: Arabs and non-Arabs. He currently teaches the tajweed and conversational Arabic courses at Qibla. He lives with his wife, son, and daughter in Amman, Jordan.
