Withdrawal, Transfer & Refund Policy

If for any reason you wish to withdraw or transfer from one or multiple courses, the following policy will apply.

Regular courses

Transfer: Student may transfer to a course or another section of the same course up to 14 days from the course start date.

Withdraw: Student may withdraw up to 28 days from the course start date. Student may withdraw with a “W” grade for 60 days from the course start date. A withdrawal after 60 days will cause student to receive an “I – Incomplete” grade for the course.

Refund: All refunds are subject to a withdrawal fee of up to USD$30. Student is eligible for 100% refund up to 14 days from the start of the course, minus the withdrawal fee. After which a student is eligible for a 50% refund up to 28 days from the start of the course, minus the withdrawal fee. Please see monetary refund policy below.

Short courses

Transfer: Student may transfer to a course or another section of the same course up to 7 days from the course start date.

Withdraw: Student may withdraw for 14 days from the course start date. Student may withdraw with a “W” grade for 30 days from the course start date. A withdrawal after 30 days will cause student to receive an “I – Incomplete” grade for the course.

Refund: All refunds are subject to a withdrawal fee of up to USD$30. Student is eligible for 100% refund for 7 days from the start of the course, minus the withdrawal fee. Student is eligible for a 50% refund for 14 days from the start of the course, minus the withdrawal fee. Please see monetary refund policy below.

Webinars

Transfer: Student may transfer to a course/webinar or another section of the same webinar prior to the start of the webinar.

Withdraw: Student may withdraw prior to the start of the webinar.

Refund: All refunds are subject to a withdrawal fee of up to USD$30. Student is eligible for 100% refund prior to the start of the webinar. Please see monetary refund policy below.

Monetary Refund

Only Credit Card and PayPal payments are eligible for a monetary refund. Due to PayPal and Credit Card refund policies; Qibla can only issue monetary refunds up to 50 days from the initial payment. After that Qibla will provide you with Account Credit.

Account Credit

Students who have paid using the check/cheque, money transfer or cash methods are only eligible for Account Credit. Students who have made payments by PayPal or Credit card have the option to receive Account Credit instead. Qibla Qibla will waive the withdrawal fee for the Account Credit option. A student will be able to use Account Credit to pay for any Qibla courses or services. Please note, your Account Credit will not expire.

Please note: All students must submit a ticket stating their intention to withdraw for withdrawal to take place.
